This Privacy Policy explains how Acquisition and Merger LLC (“Digital Marketing University”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use digitalmarketinguniversity.io and the Digital Marketing Universityprogram (the “Service”).

Information we collect

  • Account & profile — your name, email, password (hashed), and any bio, links, or photo you add.
  • Payment — processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details (e.g. last-4, plan) but never store full card numbers.
  • Waitlist — your first name, email, and anything you choose to tell us when you join the waitlist.
  • Content — posts, comments, messages, onboarding answers, and questions you ask the AI coach.
  • Usage — basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service reliable.

How we use it

  • To provide the program — accounts, curriculum, tools, the AI coach, and support.
  • To process payments.
  • To send you transactional email (welcome, receipts, access notices, password resets) and, if you joined the waitlist or opted in, enrollment updates. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that protect it — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (email), Anthropic (the AI coach), Google (optional sign-in), and Vercel (hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to run the Service. Disabling them may prevent you from logging in.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect it, though no method is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and request a copy of it, by emailing support@acquisitionandmerger.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those rights where they apply.

Children

The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
