Primary Skill Activation Assessment

Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This notice explains what the Primary Skill Activation Assessment (“PSA”) collects, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to Digital Marketing University’s PSA at /PSA.

Who we are

The PSA is operated by Acquisition and Merger LLC, Westfield, Indiana, doing business as Digital Marketing University. Contact us at support@acquisitionandmerger.ai.

What we collect

  • Your answers to the 20 assessment questions, including your written example (question 20).
  • Contact details you give after the questions: full name, email, mobile number, and optionally your current role and years of experience.
  • Your choices: your acknowledgment of the Terms and this notice, and any optional messaging choices, with the exact wording version and time.
  • Results we generate: your professional identity pattern, primary-skill hypothesis, evidence score, and report.
  • Technical and usage data: pseudonymous page events (for example, which question number was viewed), device type, and campaign tags such as utm_source. We do not put your answers, name, email, or phone into analytics.
  • Booking details if you schedule a session: the time and status from our scheduling provider.

Before you enter contact details, your answers stay in your own browser. We do not upload them until you submit the contact form.

How we use it

  • To provide the report you requested (required): score your answers, generate and store your report, and email you a private link.
  • One text message with your report link, only if you tick that box.
  • Marketing emails about packaging, validating, and earning from your expertise, only if you tick that box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Recurring marketing texts, only if that option is offered and you separately tick it. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
  • To match your assessment record, coordinate a session you book, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve the assessment using aggregated data.

Automated scoring and AI

Your identity pattern and 85 of the 100 evidence points are calculated by a fixed, versioned scoring model. The remaining 15 points (how specific your written example is) are scored by an AI model against a published five-part rubric, and AI writes the explanatory text of your report around the locked scores. The AI receives your answers and optional role and experience, but not your name, email, phone number, or report link, and our provider does not use them to train its models under our agreement. Results are educational and are not used to make legal, employment, credit, or similarly significant decisions about you. If a result doesn’t fit, use “This doesn’t feel like me” on your report or contact us.

Who helps us (service providers)

  • Website hosting and delivery
  • Database hosting (your contact details are encrypted before storage)
  • AI processing (report scoring and writing)
  • Email delivery
  • Customer relationship management (CRM): a summary of your result, never your raw answers or full report
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Bot and abuse protection
  • Video hosting for the briefing video, which loads only if you press play

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Unfinished answers saved in your browser: 7 days, on your device only.
  • Raw completed answers: 90 days.
  • Your generated report: 12 months.
  • CRM contact: only while we have a legitimate reason, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Records of your consent choices: as long as needed to show what you agreed to.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop marketing, at any time. The quickest way to delete a report is the “Delete my report and data” button on the report itself. You can also use the support page or email support@acquisitionandmerger.ai. Deletion covers the assessment database and the assessment details in our CRM, and stops any queued messages about your report. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including to appeal a decision about your request.

Security

Report links are long, random, and private. Contact details are encrypted at rest, databases are locked to our server, and we never put your name, email, phone, or results in a web address. No method is perfectly secure, so please don’t include confidential employer, client, medical, or third-party information in your answers.

Age

The PSA is intended for adults 18 and older.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will not apply to information collected under an earlier version without your consent where required.
