Common questions
I lost my report link
Search your email for “Your Primary Skill Activation Report is ready.” If it isn’t there, check spam, then email us from the address you used.
My report says part of the analysis is pending
Your answers are saved. We retry automatically and email you when the full report is ready. Nothing needs to be re-entered.
The result doesn’t feel like me
Use “This doesn’t feel like me” on your report. You can also retake the assessment; each attempt creates a separate report.
Text messages
The one-time report text is sent only if you asked for it. For any recurring marketing texts you opted into, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Delete my data
The fastest way is the “Delete my report and data” button at the bottom of your report. Don’t have the link? Enter your email below and we’ll verify it’s you before deleting.
