Assessment disclaimer

The Primary Skill Activation Assessment is an educational self-reflection tool. It uses your responses and automated analysis to suggest a working professional pattern and primary-skill hypothesis. It is not a scientifically validated personality test, diagnosis, credential, employment evaluation, financial forecast, or substitute for professional advice. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. No income, business, career, or market-demand outcome is promised.

Who can use the PSA

You must be 18 or older. The PSA is for personal, professional self-reflection. It must not be used by an employer or anyone else to make hiring, promotion, pay, or termination decisions.

What the PSA is, and is not

• Your result is a best-supported working hypothesis based on what you told us, not a diagnosis, psychometric type, credential, or prediction.
• The Primary Skill Evidence Score measures the strength of the evidence in your answers. It does not measure your worth, intelligence, potential, future income, or market demand.
• Any “possible value context” in your report is a hypothesis to test, not confirmed demand.
• We make no promise of income, clients, a job, business results, or any other outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Your answers

You keep ownership of what you write. You let us use it to score your answers, produce and store your report, and (in aggregated or de-identified form) improve the assessment. Please don’t submit confidential employer or client information, medical records, or another person’s private data, and don’t submit anything unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share.

Our content

The questions, scoring model, report templates, and the PROVE Method materials belong to Acquisition and Merger LLC. You may keep, print, and share your own report for personal use. Please don’t copy the assessment or use it to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no automated submissions, attempts to access other people’s reports, interference with security, or attempts to manipulate the AI.

Strategy sessions

Booking a Primary Skill Strategy Session is optional and free unless you are told otherwise before you book. Nothing in the PSA obliges you to buy anything.

Third-party endorsement

References to other people, programs, or brands do not imply their endorsement of the PSA unless stated with their written permission.

Limitation of liability

The PSA is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Acquisition and Merger LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
